I recently upgraded to win2k now i can't open my dazzle mpeg2 files,anybody have any advice?

Yeah, you are a n00b and you are in the wrong section, goto the n00bz section, or use a SEARCH.

EXCUSE ME,I'V RIPPED AND CAPTURED HUNDREDS OF MOVIES USING ME,I'M DEFINETLY NOT A NEWBIE.JUST NOT TO FAMILIAR WITH WIN2K.MY PROBLEM IS I CAN'T ENCODE MY MPEG2 CAPTURES.

i am not familiare with Dazzle but maybe this will help. you need an Mpeg2 codec. for me, i installed the Elecard Mpeg2 player. after that i was able to open Mpeg2 files. i would assume it has the Mpeg2 codec. hope that helps......

Thats what i told the ripper, only i am not as patient with n00bz as you are. -
use DVD2AVI to create .d2v file ("Save project"
from mpeg2 file and open it with TMPGenc. As Audio source you can use direct your mpeg2 file.

I have a question about the elecard software. How do you disable their icon from appearing in the video?
