  1. I was wondering and I am sure there was an answer but I was just not looking in the right spot but maybe someone can help here. If you have a say .avi that is 159113570 KB how dose that fit on a CDRW that is 700mb or am I just looking at that wrong? never been to good and the whole numbers thing sorry if this is dumb or if I am being dumb here just real new to this and want to give it a shot.

    I'm afraid it can't. In fact I don't think you could fit it over two cd's. How long is your video in terms of play length?

    Since a CD can hold up to 700 MB of AVi:

    158,113 MB divided by 700 MB = 227 CD's required to hold that file.

  4. You'll need to convert it to a different format such as mpeg, or divx to get it smaller, but I'm not sure if you could get it that small with either of those formats. Look in the guides section or convert section to the left and look for avi to " " depending on what you want to convert to.

  5. Well that can not be right then it is a south park and they are what maybe 20 min long? so how can it be that big it was going to take 1 hr to d/l at 50kps or so.

    How can you have 159gig on a computer? He must have read it wrong.
    Just convert to mpeg 1 and it will fit on a VCD.

  8. I think that that is more like it 159 mbs that will fit no problem then.
