PC Re-starts When Ripping?

I have recently installed a new DVD writer and all has been well until the other day.

I have been using a program called "AnyDVD" along with CloneDVD" to make back-up copies of my DVD's

Yesterday I came back to my PC to find the program closed and the error message I have attached. I have now seen the computer re-start itself now if I try to use these programs?

Now as soon as I start the PC I get the error but just cancel it and its working ok otherwise?

Did I here with XP Home that if you changed the hardware a few times you needed to ring up? Is this the same with XP Pro?

I have deleted a lot of stuff with addaware and removed a virus lately as well.

I have re-installed XP but still same error. I would have used "recover" but cant now I re-installed!

Any help appreciated.
