    HI Guys and Girls

    A question about FFMPEG can it speed up AC3 NTSC 23.976 frames to Pal 25 Frames and keep the 6 channel format

    Pls help me

    My damn TV cant display NTSC

    You can decode the 5.1 ac3 to 6 separate wavs, then do the frame rate conversion on each wav, then recreate the 5.1 AC3, but it involves lots of work, disc space and exotic software.
    Take my advice, and decode to stereo wav, do the frame rate conversion, and then reencode to 2 channel stereo AC3.
