Does anyone have any experience with recording DVD in the following
setups; This applies strictly to standalone DVD players/recorders.

Recording directly from VCR to DVDR (all built in one). I believe the only recorder like this is the Sansui VRDVD4005.

or

Recording from an external VCR to DVDR.

Any differences in quality?
