Sonic MyDVD error...

I just bought a DVD burner, and it came with Sonic MyDVD. I have itall ready to burn now, but every time I try, I get an error while it is building the menu. It says, "We're sorry, but Sonic MyDVD has encountered an error and needs to shut down." How can I go about fixing this? Any help is MUCH appreciated.

you might check sonic's website support page for possible upgrades to your app... but - as it came bundled with your burner - you may be required to do such thru the burner's support function. Your documentation should tell you how.

another thing to check - make sure you have all unnecessary background apps shut down. As an example, some anti-virus utilities are notorious for causing problems...
