DVD2one, Error in windows XP (while encoding)

Hi there, I'm I've been trying to make a back up copy of Toy Story 2, I'm using DVD2one, I'm following the steps on the user guide in this forum. I'm using DVD Decrypter 3.1.7.0, everything goes well. Then I use DVD2one 1.2.3, everything goes well untill it get's to about 93% of the encoding process, then it gyves me a Windows XP error, and in says the program will have to be closed (and it gives you the "send report "don't send report" option in the window). I can not get pass thins point. Does anynoe have any suggestions? Any info will be appreciated. Thank you!

when the windows error comes up, there should be an option for send/don't send, and a link for details. Check the details and post them here. Might help trying to figure out what's going on.

Try updating to DVD2One 1.4.0

I had very strange errors with version 1.2.3 also, update to 1.3.0 helped me out, maybe you too
