    Hy,

    When i convert a DIVX to MPG with tmpgenc (dvd template pal)
    The movie is black, the sound works but only black video.

    what is the problem,

    And yes i have PowerDVD installed.

    Have you checked the divx for bad frames?

    When i set in the 'environmental setting - VFAPI plug-in on 'DirectShow Multimedia File Reader ' a priority of 0 it works.
    But i a lot of tutorials the say it must on 2.

    Please help me
