try the motherboard manufacturer's website, and then an overclockers forum website.
or post your motherboard model number here and let someone else search.

If you have a 1.5 it will be on a 100MHz Front Side Bus (quad pumped to 400MHz) , the max P4 you can get at this FSB Speed is the 2.5
P4 CPU , it is possible to identify the CPU's FSB by the letter after the speed for example the 2.4Ghz P4 comes in 3 forms
2.4A which is 2.4Ghz runs on the 100Mhz FSB(400MHz Total)
2.4B which is 2.4Ghz runs on the 133Mhz FSB(533MHz Total)
2.4C which is 2.4Ghz runs on the 200Mhz FSB(800Mhz Total)
Some of them don't have letters as they only run a one FSB speed example is the 2.26 which is a B CPU (533Mhz)
Your current CPU can be identified using WPCPUID which you find using a search although it is most certainly running at 100MHz

Sorry that's a typing mistake WCPUID is the name of the little program that will tell you your FSB Speed along with your CPU Speed and Multiplier .
