Is their any other software I can use to burn the dvd-video other than nero express or instant copy that will mantain the quality of the video?
I want a software that is fast.

If all the tols are doing is burning, then really, video quality doesn't enter into it. At that point it would have to do more with compatibility between media, burners and set-tops.
Quality would have more to do with the original source, and the encoding process.
