    hi

    I am using SVCD2DVDMPG v1.1.1.16608

trying to convert some VCDs .bin files and it always gets to step3
were it says 'Resampling audio from 44.1KHz to 48KHz'
and like it stops there - left the pc on over night and no progress

would appreciate some reply back, thanks

  5. It can do it fine i've done about 100 or so now. but i do VCD mpeg files not bins. You might try ripping the mpg of the VCD yourself with VCDGear or Isobuster..

ok I tried VCDGear to get the .mpgs but still it gets to that maplay.exe part and just stops there :/

like it cant seem to convert the .mp2 to .mpa audio format

what else can I do here ?

  7. Do it the hard way:
    1. demultiplex the .mpg file with tmpgenc
    2. encode the .mpa audio with besweet to .mp2 with 48 khz sound. Best way to do this is mpa -> wav, wav 44.1 -> wav 48, wav 48 -> mp2
    3. multiplex the .mpg file with tmpgenc
    4. run it through svcd2dvd again.

If you do this steps it doesn't have to reencode the audio..
