    PLEASE help! got this error using Memorex DVD-R's anyone seen it before?

    I/O Error
    Device [1:0:0] Sony DVDRW DRU-510A 1.0d (E
    Scsi Status 0x02

    interpertation: check condition

    CDB: 2A 00 00 01 85 50 00 00 10 00

    Interpertation Write(10)- Sectors 99664-99679

    sense area - a bunch of numbers

    interpertation- invalid address for write

    When i look at the disc underneath it has small tiny blochy areas that werent writtin to....why is ths happenin? bad media??

    obvioulsy must be media since i just used a ritek disc it and worked fine...mustve been the media....

    the small blotchy areas sound like problems witrh the dye, get your money back
