  1. How can you burn a video (Mpg) bigger the 4.7 gigs to one disc . What tools or programs need?

    You can't,the actual size of a DVD-R is 4.37GB's. You could try converting your files to mode 2 but they probably wouldn't play. If you get mode 2 to work you could get 5GB's.

  5. If the mpg file is allready DVD compliant you can just author a DVD with Tmpgenc DVD Author (or some other program) and then shrink it to fit on a DVD with DVDshrink.

    (I've never heard of mode 2)

    Look in the tools section "Mode2CDMaker". It creates an image file which can be burned in mode 2. Mode 2 works by not recording data check bits,that's why you can burn 800MB VCD/SVCD on a 700MB CDR. VCD/SVCD are burned in mode 2 by default.
    I've used Mode2CDMaker to make 800MB miniDVD's but they won't play on most DVD players that support miniDVD.
