splitting bin files

ok. my question. How do i split a bin file into chapters? I have a bin file that i downloaded. i then burned it as, burn cd and dvd images,with diskjuggler,which then i tried to play on my dvd player, but with no success. then i played it on my computer, and it played. All the while i noticed, that as i was burning it, it burned as one track, which in the past i have done the same with other bin files,and it has burned as 1 of 12, then 2 of 12 and so forth, and those i have been able to play on my dvd. But this one not. So how do i do this.

Extract the mpeg (isobuster), re-author with chapters (VCDeasy) and burn (VCDeasy or nero).
