Guide to make a DVD - recorded from TV via Philips DVDR70

Hi there !
I have looked around but - maybe it is just me but I can´t find a easy guide to do this.

I have a Philips DVDR 70.

I would like to take a recording on a DVD+RW from my Philips DVDR 70 to my PC and make a DVD from it - so

On my PC I have a Sony DRUA500

Any god guides on how to do this ?
