I'm using a Winfast 2000 XP Deluxe to capture video, then play it on my Gateway Connected DVD Player.
When I select my codec in the TV Tuner card PVR I select "MPEG-2 Codec" But unfortunately when my Gateway DVD Player streams these files, they get often freeze and show garbage/noise and sometimes just stop playing altogether.
I'm hoping if I can encode using some different MPEG-2 Codecs than the one provided, then the Gateway player might like them better.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
