    Just for the record, what are your recommendations for best way to bitset? I did a search, but didn't see anything in the first few pages of results.

    My Aopen DRW4410 using the included Nero 5.5 gives me the choice on the burn screen (Book type DVD-ROM). Good drive.

    I can now confirm the BTC (MicroAdvantage) dual drive has no bitset abilities and the DVD+R booktype is used.

    Still a good burner. Still acting nicer than my Pioneer 103.

    And DVD+R isn't all that bad. Seems to handle buffer underruns better, something I run into as I'm stubborn and 4x copy DVDs on-the-fly.
