    I've a DVD where some part of the movie are locked and i canot use Fast Foward, Rewind, Next&preview chapter... is it possible to re author this movie to unlock all of theses fonctionnalities (for all of this movie)

    Rerip in File mode with DVD Decrypter 3.1.7.0 and in Settings / File Mode tab, check these options. The second is not one by default. v3.1.6.0 and earlier version don't have the second option.

    Remove IFO/BUP PUOs
    Remove VOB PUOs

    I highly believe you have PUOs in your VOBs. Just in case, check both.
