  1. in the load part u get templates that come with the program VCDPAL.mcf is standard vcd format that my playstion will play with its movie card add on, so my question is, is VideoCD 1246kbps (PAL).mcf the same as a standard vcd so my psx can play it, and whats the 1246kbps mean ? is it audio quality? or just video quality? oh and when i rip from a 16:9 dvd and change aspect ratio to 4:3 y does it have a big black bar at the top of the screen when i play the finished product?

    VideoCD1246kbps(PAL).mcf is not a standart VideoCD template.
    1246kbps means video bitrate. But according to VCD 2.0 specification video bitrate must be 1150kbps. So, if you need standard VCD use VCdPAL.mcf template.
