I have mpeg files encoded in TMPGENC in PAL (352x288) and NTSC (352x240).
When I'm insering those files in TMPGEnc DVD author, NTSC inserts with no problems,
but when inserting PAL MPG file, I have a message: "The video GOP is too long".
(i'm not inserting it in the same track).
What shall I do?
Another question:
In track settings should I use adio compression format MPEG1 or Linear PCM?
My movies are in 44kHz, but program convert it well in 48kHZ.
DVD must be readable on standalone DVD.
Thanks

LPCM is high bitrate, large files and so takes up loads of space on the disk, leaving less room for video (meaning lower video bitrates or shorter playing time). Mp2 is compressed and takes up relativley little room. You decide which is best for your requirements. -
I think it is a bug in latest version (1.5.15.49)
I have installed version TDA-1.5.11.37 and have no more GOP error
with PAL VDC files compressed in TEMPGEnc[/quote]
