has been dicussion on the forums of late, talking about c and b grade riteks from newegg -
According to Ritek I got grade 'A' since only Grade 'A' are bundled as RIDATA. However, the edges look like they were cut with a dull pocket knife, and had glue on the edges.
To be fair, 49/50 burned with no problems. I used DVDInfo to check 11 of them and no read errors. The one burn failure could have been anything, and 98% is pretty good. I typically have 1-2 CDR's fail in a 50/100 bundle anyway.
Grade A or Grade B are perfectly fine to use, and are certified 100% error free. Grade C is useable for Video. Grade D/F aren't to be used.To Be, Or, Not To Be, That, Is The Gazorgan Plan
