I am trying to rip a DVD into SVCD. I am using DVD2SVCD and I always get the following error:
input file c:\Program files\DVD2SVCD\Movie\Encoded_Video_TMPGenc_NTSC.mp v was not found...... aftter that I get the following message...The system could not find the file (or something similar)
Can anyone help me please????? The funny thing is that I did managed to rip the same DVD before without any problems. Now, for some reason I am getting the above error message all the time.

Hey thanks to ALL who politely answered my question. I really appreciate your help. Thanks a million... I hope whenever you ask a question on any forum they treat you the same way as you just did to me.
I managed to fix the problem myself!!!!!!!! -
Perhaps no one addressed your question because no one knew the answer. There's no reason to take it personally. Your chances of getting an answer also would have been increased immeasurably if you had just given more information. Your error sounds like it was caused further up in the chain, but without your DVD2SVCD log its really impossible to problem solve.
BTW: Next time you post a question you should wait longer than 3 or 4 days before assuming the worst. -
What exactly was the problem as I'm having a similar problem with a avi to dvd conversion.
I am having a problem with Encoded_Video_CCE_NTSC.mpv was not found message instead.
I have checked my output folders are all the same and the only mpv file I can find is AviSynth_Script_file.mpv
I've posted my log below and in my newbie eyes the only error I can see is the part in the video encoding part.
Error cannot find CCE project file.
If it's something simple feel free to smack me with a trout.

Nice to know Im not alone. I thought I had done something wrong...and the possibility still remains.
Im getting the BBMpeg -error Input file c:\output\pulldown_Encoded _Video_NTSC.mpv
Sorry nobody responded quickly, I guess the holiday was probably getting in the way
So what did you do to fix it? -
I'm not sure if this is the problem any of you are having, but as far as I'm aware if you use a version of CCE later than 2.5, you have to use Safe Mode (frameserving), because those versions of CCE can't open AviSynth files directly.
This slows things down a bit, but at least it works.
cheers,
mcdruid.
P.S. see this topic for more info about this.
