    I just recorded a tv show with my ATI All In Wonder card in Mpg3 format. Would anyone recommend a good burning tool into a DVD? I've been trying to use Pinnacle's Expression but it produces clips in the video like brief pauses on certain parts. I'm not sure what's causing it but the original file is fine. So I'm sure it's a problem with the software.

    You mean authoring application? Take a look in the tools list. Most seem to prefer DVD-lab or TMPGEnc DVD Author. (Not to mention Maestro, but that's $5000, if you can find it, 'cause it's been discontinued...)
