TMPGEnc DVD Author and Resident Evil

I just ripped movie only out of the RE disc with DVD shrink. I'd like to run it through TDA to make my own menus in the back-up. problem is when I open the files it only opens about 53 minutes of 101 minute movie. Is there some kind of limitation on how it opens VOB files? or am I just doing something wrong?

Edit:
I just ripped the Craft the same way to test it and run into the exact same problem. I'm trying a rip with DVD Decryptor instead now and see what happens.

Edit: DVD Decryptor doesn't work either. same problem. I even burned the disc without menus, which plays fine, and it won't open it from disc either. same problem.

Finally decided TDA must recognize something in the IFO files as copyrighted material and only opens half the movie as a security feature. I ran IFO Edit to generate new IFO files and TDA now opens the entire movie without a problem. Hope that helps anyone else who might have such a problem with it.
