Is there a how to, or a program I can use?? I can already demux the file using Tmpeg but acutally I just want to add music wav or mp3 to a avi or mpeg file. On top of the audio thats already there.

You need an authoring program such as Ulead VideoStudio,Pinnacle Studio,etc to add audio.
