I am working on a video that for now I want to play on standard 4:3 television and eventually on widescreen. It is still pictures and video footage. The still pictures set to maintain aspect ration in Premiere. Right now I want to author to SVCD and in a couple months I am getting a DVD burner so I will reburn to DVD. I am curious to what frame size I should use. I took the original footage from Wintv capture card at 352x240, but edited on premiere in 720x480, Should I my premiere setting to 640x480?
I am burning with Nero 5.9.
When I go to burn my SVCD I tried it at 480x480 and 720x480 and both did not look right. My DVD player seems to play non-compliant ok.
Thanks for any help.
