Hi there,
well, I was just wondering, how many disks are people uing to get a backup of their DVD to SVCD ?
What is the factor that will tell me whether I need 2, 3 or 4 CDs for each movie ? Is is the bitrate (people say it shouldnt drop below 1800 Kbps)
Thx in advance.

yes its all in the bitrate, and you will have to determine what bitrate you can live with and what looks good to your eyes

Ideal config is 60 mins per cd, and maybe multipass to obtain nearly dvd quality.........
