    I have a major prob. I tried to back up my Friday DVD, which I have tried Smart-Ripper, DVD Decrypter, and also tried DVD Shrink, They all hang at the VTS_02_0 file. I tried cleaning the DVD and still to no avail. I am very dissappointed on how frustrating this is.. If Anyone has any suggestions, please respond.

    Have you tried playing the DVD in your DVD-ROM drive for a while? That usually gets you past the "problem area" at the beginning of the DVD....if you know what I mean.
