    hey, what down yo. I'd like to know what the best avi, mpeg format coverter to vcd, svcd is? I tried AVS video converter but ended up with audio/video sync problems. Any recommendations??

    Check the guides to what they use for doing (s)vcd encodes,personally i use dvd2svcd for most of my svcd encodes due to the fact im lazy and it does avisynth for me with out me having to write scripts,Only time i get out of sync errors is when the source file has errors or leadin gaps.
