What format are you converting TO??? Mpeg1???? Mpeg2??? If Mpeg2, what are you setting the aspect ratio flag to?
"Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." -
Well.....since you're converting to MPEG1, you can only convert to one aspect ratio.... 4:3 - In that case, the best thing you can do is go into the 'clip frame' option in TMPGEnc.....then click on the 'arrange setting button'.......use the 'center (custom size)' option and reduce the vertical resolution until it looks like it's the correct resolution.......
If you want to get it exact, you'd have to figure out what aspect ratio you're source is (i.e. 2.35:1, 1.78:1, etc)....and do the math
352 / 2.35 = 150 res for a 2.35 movie should be 352x150
352 / 1.78 = 198 res for a 1.78 movie should be 352x198
and so on"Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."
