I have a clip residing on my HD that I'm having quite a hard time figuring out the proper decomb settings using AVISynth2.5/VirtualDub to process. It seems to have been originally shot using DV. If anyone would like to take a stab at it head on over to http://home.comcast.net/~mig317/help.html download the raw clip and have a try. Pleasently surprise me with your successfull findings!
Clip Properties:
100% raw capture
4sec/23mb
huffyuv
captured from NTSC Digital Cable using VDub
Am attempting to encode to AVI/DivX5 (608x456) using AVISYnth's resident "decomb" (I do have "decomb500b15" installed but never use it as settings seem to be fickle).
Regards,
Golem
