just wanna ask something....what do you think is the best edting software to use...... recently i used pinnacle....but i dont think it has a lot of function.....any suggestion???

and also, what are the equipemnt to be use for good video editing?

This is like asking a bunch of runners what is the best shoe or asking a load of women what is the best shampoo. You will get loads of different answers and opinions and you will be even more confused. If you want to know what is the 'best' you have to provide very specific requirements such as price range, abilities and specific features, and then you may be able to limit the answers to just a few products from which you can choose.

But to answer your question as asked, there is no best.
