burning vcd with nero

Hi all I have Blow divx (as an avi), first cd burned without trouble, it is the second one that gives me schtuck, it is 695MB big, I have 700Mb discs and yet when trying to burn as a VCD it will not do so, at the end of the coding it says not enough space on disc and therefor it will not burn...............................

So I am at a loss, can it actually burn or is there a sizxe limit for the avi file?

Also can Nero burn .asf files as VCD?
