I have a wintv go pic card and I might get a directtv system soon. I sually capture through co-ax but I heard that puts noise in the video even if it's from a clean source. I never used composite but where do I plug up the audio at? I have a video in place for composite but no audio in. Could I buy a little adapter and plug all three composite cables into one and run it thorugh the video in on the card or do I need a composite to stereo jack adapter? I don't even know if they make these. Anyway so would the captures from the directv using composite be as good as I need them to be? I want to capture to mpeg2 with the wdm drivers then do little to no re-encoding at all before burning to dvd. So I will need a way to hook this up without noise or any other interfences where I would have to use filters. I don't have the money for a fancy tv card with an s-video input or even a pvr model tv card.

    Thanks

  2. Composite Audio goes in the Line In on your sound card (Computer).
