question about dvd authoring

Is there a dvd authoring software that allows you to edit vob files and has more than 1 audio language channel?

I know dvdlab and tmpgenc dvd author can edit vob files but they only have 1 audio language channel.

I have another question. I just ripped a customized karaoke disc with 4 vob files. I added a menu to the disc and when I'm done compiling, I tested it with powerdvd and noticed there are 4 titles, which correspond to 4 vob files. How can I just make it 1 main title with all the chapters. There are 20 chapters. For simplicity, lets just say each vob file has 5 chapters. I want to be able to see all 20 chapters on 1 main title not 5 chapters for each title.

actually I figured it out...I use vobmerge
