  1. I've got a problem with my Philips DVD-612 player...

Got it about 2 years ago... until yesterday i had it plugged into the 2nd SCART of a Nokia digital satellite receiver... and all was well.. RGB signal was working fine both from the receiver and from the dvd-player.

Now, today i moved it to another TV, no receiver, just straight to the RGB-scart of the TV... and i get flickering when i select RGB?.. no interlace flicker or anything like that... the entire picture flickers. and it stops when i pause the movie... selecting Composite makes the flicker go away but my TV can't take NTSC and i've got a bounch of NTSC-discs so i need RGB. :\

So i tried to plug the player directly into my other TV aswell... SAME flicker... just not that aparent... but noticable... and then i hooked it up through the Satellite receiver again... beautiful RGB picture... no flicker...

Went to a friends house, he's got a DVD-612 aswell... and i noticed his flickered aswell.. slightly... and not when selecting Composite...

I'm out of ideas... anyone got any good ones?
