I have recently purchased a TDK DVD Writter. What ever I copy, I can not read it in DVD ROM or in my JVC DVD Player. Is there any software that I should use or this is made only to write and read from TDK DVD Writter? By the way, I can read the DVD media (TDK DVD-R 4.7 Gb) in TDK DVD Writter.

Now I can read DVD+R, written by TDK 440N on my DVD ROM, but still not in my JVC DVD Player. Recently I used AnyDVD and DVDClone, but if somebody can help me to figure out, am I missing something to make DVD media to work properly in my JVC DVD Player or other DVD players?

What exactly are you trying to copy, and how are you copying it?

I have the same exact TDK 440 DVD writer, and EVERYTHING I burn works in DVD-ROM and my dvd players (Sony 315, Sony 755, and Samsung). What type of media are you using? You might want to try new media. I've used Optodisk dvd-r (gold top and blue top), ritek G03 and G04 dvd-r, fuji dvd-r, tdk dvd+r and dvd-r, verbatim dvd+r and dvd-r. I also use recordnow Max 4.5, Nero 6.0.19.

Recently, I started to use TDK DVD+R 4.7 and I can read it in DVD-ROM and I tried it in Sony Play Station 2, it works fine and in one DVD Player (I don't remeber the mark, but I suppose its recent proction), but in my DVD Player JVC XV-521 doesn't work. I suppose it's old version. I used AnyDVD and CloneDVD. I didn't try (but I'm going to try) yet to write on TDK DVD-R 4.7, after I made some updates, but I'm going to try next week.
By the way, thanks for replying.
