  1. Alright, no matter if I use DVD Decrypter or DVD shrink to rip to the hard drive, the movie is "bouncing" on the computer or if I burn it to a DVDR and try it through my DVD player. What am I doing wrong? My friend does this and his dont bounce around the screens?

High compression trancoded pixel jiggling. Caused by a high compression in DVD Shrink, likely without deep analysis used.
