    The 'DVD Media' page doesn't show a lot of media that is compatible with the JVC XV-N44SL DVD Player. What brands of media work on this player?

    This unit is great. I bought one just the other day. For $60 bucks and it is proggressive scan. I took 4 different discs with me to test at the store and it played all of them flawlessly.

    Also it plays VCDs without a hitch.
