What's an alternative to Nero6?

I keep getting a "device in use by another application." I need something else to take its place. Any suggestion?

Nero 6.0.0? Patch it, or go back to 5.10.42.

I don't think "device in use by another application" is Nero's fault. If you have some other burning program installed, it must be pre-empting Nero

Use ImgTools Classic version to create an ISO IMAGE file of your VIDEO_TS folder of files.

Then you can BURN that ISO IMAGE file using DVD DECRYPTER is ISO WRITE MODE.

Both ImgTools Classic and DVD Decrypter are FREEWARE and this is one of the best methods of making a DVD

The other alternative ... if you want to spend the money ... is RecordNowMax which many claim works really well although I've never used it myself.

RecordNowMax is excellent for burning dvd-video and dvd-data discs. However, I prefer Nero for music because you can make many more small, critical adjustments when burning music cdrs. You can adjust the bass, treble, volume, pitch, etc...with Nero, while you can only just burn mp3s to a disc with RecordNowMax without being able to make any adjustments to improve or enhance the sound quality. I have both and use each both fairly equally.

Before you dump Nero, you may want to check your task manager and turn off the "imapi.exe." It should free up Nero to burn.

pick what u want 2 do data dvd video dvd music dvd etc open folder and burn!!!!
