    Aldi in my area is advertising DVD recorders for $250 and blank DVD disks are about a dollar.

    I really thought this would be a Sampo too, as the German version of the DVE-R3 is badged by CMI, part of the Medion group.

    Do you recognise it then, KDH ?!
