Besweet: 25fps Ac3 5.1 to 23,976fps Wave 5.1

Besweet doesn't convert any ac3 file to any other format. I want to make a 5.1 Wave to open it with Softencode (is that possible?). I want to make a Ntsc video within 5.1 audio which is fully dvd complaint.
