  1. Hi there,

    I'm not expert at this, and that's why I'm asking this question;

    Are you able to create a DVD Menu, with moving pictures, and if so, which program will allow me to do this?

    Thanx very much

    MGS,

    There's lots of different DVD authoring software that will allow you to create motion menus. Look in the "HOW TO" / "AUTHOR" guides on the left of this page.

    I just got "ULEAD DVD Workshop 1.2" and it seems to be very good for motion menus.

    just a note - most motion menus you see are not created directly in the authoring program, but are mpegs created in a video editing and compositing program such as Adobe AfterEffects, and imported into the authoring software.

    I'm using Sony Vegas with good results, making the background with superimposed video clips, and importing that as a motion background in DVD Lab.

    DVDComplete was a under $100 program that could do motion menus. The program's creator, DVDCre8, at their website, indicates that the program will continue in another form.
