I'm starting to get into wanting to do some more advanced things and am confused trying to figure out how to do some of them and am trying to find places that help.

yes - it can be done in vegas using tools and plugin pak plug in (or better borisGL)

easier done in other software -to a point ..

i just recently did much of the same thing using a lot of stills and some film transfers and edited it in vegas in HD (down rezed for web delivery - but its not streaming)
