Question about proyector epson EMP-TW10 or any proyectors..

I am thinking to buy a proyector to watch movies at home. First i look at plasma tv, but the prices are to high now, so i look for video proyectors. I see this model, epson EMP-TW10 , at 2 metres it has a 80" screen, i see it in ta store and i like it. it cost around 1200 euros.

Anyone has this proyector o another ?

What do you think about proyectors, i want it to watch movies .

I love em. But then I have a perfect wall in my flat to project the film onto.

When buying, check lamp life as they can be quite pricey. If you are having it in your room you should go for a quiet one. I lent one from work and it sounded like a rocket.

Other things to look out for are brightness and resolution but as always you pay for the best.

The life lamp is between 2000 and 3000 hours, and noise is around 30db, is it good, normal ....?
