Hello!
I have some VOB files which are European PAL, which I would like to convert to NTSC DV to print to my MiniDV camera.
In understand that it is possible to convert the PAL VOB's to PAL AVI, then convert the PAL AVI to NTSC DV, but it takes an awful long time and a lot of disk space.
Is it possible to go directly from PAL VOB to NTSC DV in one go?
