How to get a screen shot

i don't really know which category this falls under... but... i would like to know how to make a print screen of part in one of my videos... because i'm later going to use it for my dvd cover... and wish to change bits of it like add 'Episodes 1 - 8' then next one 'Episodes 9 - 16' etc... i was wonderinh how i could do that

Assuming your running Windows XP, try hitting your print screen key, which copies the active window to the clipboard. Then open your favorite graphic editor and paste the clipboard as a new image. Quick, cheap and easy..............
