All my Xvid movie refuse to use any Audio Compression in VirtualDub when i re-encode them to Divx 5.1 and without any Audio Compression it will be to big to write it out on a cd. I want to know how to re-encode the movie to Xvid with good quality (700 mb).

What mp3/ac3 encoders do you have installed in your system?
Besides, what's the use of reencoding Xvid/DivX to DivX/Xvid? You'll only get a worse copy of the original...

You could also (besides my PM answer) just use direct stream for audio to keep it in the original compressed format.
