  1. I have downloaded a dvd rip and want to convert to vcd. When I try to convert the audio to wav in Virtual dub It wont convert . Here are the codecs in use when I open in Win Media player. AC3 Prologic Decoder, Default direct sond device, DIVX mpeg-4 DVD video decompressor. Any help is appreciated, I would really like this movie on vcd.

  2. What I usually do is take to ripped .vob files and use DVD2AVI to create a video and audio file that TMPG can use to encode the files into VCD format. Have a look at the HOW TO section on the left for more detailed info. Sefy's guide is probably the easiest to follow:
