I am trying to convert the TR movies from the games... I have downloaded a copy of RAD-TOOLS (Bink-Video) which enables me to view the In-Game movies and also to convert these files to AVI's..... (No Problems There) The problem arrises when I attempt to convert the AVI to Mpeg1 - VCD using TMPGenc.... I get the audio at the end of the conversion but alas.... NO BLOODY PICTURE !!! - Any help you may have would be greatly appreciated.
Also..... whilst im here..... I have a game called 'TITANIC... ADVENTURE OUT OF TIME' And after browsing through this Disc I've noticed it has a few hundred megs of '.mov' files.... I've tried to view these using Quick-Time but it reports the error 'Format Not Supported'..... Im not too bothered about this one but if anyones got any ideas.....Many Thanks.

I'm guessing here, but it sounds a bit like the problem I had encoding Mjpeg files from my DC10+ card.
The fix for that was to increase the priority of the AVI VFW compatibility Reader from it's default of -1 to 1.
(In environmental Settings)
I sounds like it might work for your problem too.
Good luck.
